Amanda Odeh is a Licensed Professional Counselor
Amanda received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. She has provided psychotherapy in Ohio since 2018. Amanda has experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar, and obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD). She has also worked with various areas of concern such as grief, self-esteem, assertiveness, communication skills, and anger. Amanda’s approach to working with her clients is a combination of mindfulness, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Amanda believes strongly in the importance of providing an environment that is supportive and non-judgmental to allow clients to open up and share their concerns and hopes for the future. She works to understand each client’s particular needs, concerns and unique strengths. She then offers positive feedback and employs sound, evidenced-based interventions that encourage the growth and lasting changes that the client desires.
